About the Event
Seniors Expo 2024. IAGB's signature event continues to be an unparalleled opportunity for visibility and outreach into the larger seniors community in the New England area.
This year, in collaboration with the Town of Billerica, IAGB will be hosting this signature event for seniors, their caregivers & families and aspiring seniors in the community at large. The event will be open to everyone in the community. MindGym will be participating in the event as a non-profit vendor, showcasing our free mindfulness workshops.

Time: 12 noon - 5 pm
The format: What we (IAGB) have in mind is a pleasant few hours in the afternoon dedicated to the wonderful seniors in the community in an event format by having vendor tables (like we have in a fair or an expo) where attending senior citizens can stop by and gather useful info of various kinds.
The Expo will provide a wealth of information designed to help senior citizens by a variety of health agencies, including Health Insurance companies, Nursing homes, Medical Devices and Equipment, Senior Homes, Senior Day Care, Pain Management experts, Long Term lifestyle change advisors, Pharmacy service providers, Alternate Therapy experts, At-home support companies (walkers/ hearing aid/ small improvements, alert equipment), Financial support agencies, Financial Planning experts, experts for Estate Planning & Honoring Choices and so on.
The Expo will also have vendors offering fun activities for seniors like Yoga, laughter therapy sessions and will also arrange for free health checkups (blood pressure, dental and eye) by doctors.
