Founded in 2017, MindGym Initiative is a Boston-based 501 c3 nonprofit empowering teens and adults to master the art of Mindfulness. With over 50 transformative workshops delivered worldwide, we've guided hundreds toward improved focus, emotional resilience, and inner calm.
Why Mindfulness?
